Pesticide registration policy in Southeast Asia changes again

Release time:2022-03-17
The pesticide registration policy in Southeast Asia has changed again. Since the beginning of the year, the Ministry of pesticide agriculture of Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as Indonesia) and Vietnam have issued policies successively. All registered samples need to have data in the customs. According to this article, transport companies are required to provide compliance solutions, and at least three of them need to be met.

    1. The transportation of pesticide registration samples must be true product name.

    2. The sender's information must be the customer's.

    3. Must be compliant.

Most pesticides are classified as 9 and 6.1, so it is a great challenge for general express and transportation companies.
